Credit Card Verification

A valid credit card is required to secure your appointment slot. No upfront charges or deposits will be processed. Full payment is due at the physical location upon the completion of your therapeutic session.

 

Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 48 hours' notice is strictly required for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. Failure to provide sufficient notice, or failure to attend the scheduled appointment (No-Show), will result in an automatic financial penalty equivalent to $50 charged directly to the card on file.

Automated RMPQ Receipts

Final checkout auto-generates digitized receipts fully accredited with our registered RMPQ credentials. Fully optimized for insurance claim approval via Canada Life, Sun Life, and all major Canadian insurers.

We enforce an absolute ZERO TOLERANCE policy regarding any form of physical, verbal, or psychological harassment, inappropriate suggestions, or disruptive behaviors.

Legal Consequences

Any client displaying inappropriate conduct or attempting fraudulent activities will have their session terminated immediately without a refund, and will be legally liable for the full session fee.

 

Automatic Law Enforcement Transmission

In the event of non-compliance or harassment, the perpetrator's secure booking data, verified identification, and credit card details will be extracted from our database and forwarded directly to the Gatineau Police Service (Service de police de la Ville de Gatineau) for immediate legal action and prosecution.

Any attempt at fraudulent booking, identity theft, or non-compliant conduct will result in the immediate extraction of secure client data and encrypted credit card metrics, which will be forwarded directly to the Gatineau Police Service for immediate legal prosecution.
